25th of May 2010 the ceremonial start (“punching blade under construction”) Investment Logistics Centre GOODMAN – Cracow Airport Logistics Centre in Modlniczka. The ceremony was attended by among others Deputy Voivode Malopolska and the Municipal Mayor of Wielka Wies Village.

Skalski Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. menage to sign contract with Darco Sp. z o.o. for General Contract of high storage hall with social-office facilities and external networks. Hall with an area of 4500m2 will be situated in Debica on Metalowcow Street. Timing for Investment is II, III quarter 2010.

Skalski Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. menage to sign a contract with AKZO NOBEL DECORATIVE PAINTS Sp. z o.o. for the expansion of warehouse and the building of fire pumping station., and the expansion of the production department of the Delta storage containers. Both buildings will be located in Pilawa on Przemyslowa Street. Area is carried out successively 2,077.95 m2 for warehouse and 3,103.13 m2 of production department. Commencement of works is planned for the second quarter of 2010.

Skalski Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. managed to sign contract with SOLEY Sp. z o.o. for the execution of office building with trim, internal sanitary installations, electric and internal road works. Implementation will begin in the first quarter of 2010. and will continue until the second quarter of 2010. As a reminder, Skalski Construction in period 10.2008-01.2009 performed in the first phase involving the implementation of Investment warehouse.

Skalski Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. menaged to sign contract with “Legutki i Krasoń” Andrzej Legutki, Henryk Krasoń Sp. J., for design and steel structure with walls and roof for production hall for Namarol Construction – Installation of industrial machinery and equipment, in Cracow – Stocznowcow Street. Design work will begin in the second quarter of 2010., While construction works are scheduled to be quarters II and III, 2010.

Skalski Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. menage to sign contract with Coral Logistics Centre Sp. z o.o.for the implementation of first Phase of the investment GOODMAN – Cracow Airport Logistics Centre in Modlniczce Street Commando. The scope of the first stage will involve the construction of two warehouses – WH3 and WH4 and access road. Warehouse space with segments of the social -WH3 office will be approximately 14 200 m2, the warehouse of the social-office segmantami WH4 will amount to about 21 220m2. J. for the construction of warehouse and retail facility and service with office space and technical and social facilities. The object will be in Cracow Mierzej Wislana Street and Sudecka Street.
