Skalski Sp. z o.o. for Gorenje
In August SKALSKI Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract for constructing a warehouse and administration building for Slovenian company, Gorenje in Ożarów Mazowiecki near Warsaw. The completion of the investment, which is worth approx. 22 M PLN is planned for April 2008.
The construction of the investment for Gorenje Gropu has started immediately after concluding the agreement, i.e. at the beginning of August. Within the frameworks of the contract SKALSKI will construct a warehouse of the area of 10 000 m2 in Astron system of constructing steel buildings. Next to the warehouse SKALKI will build, in traditional technology, 2 000 m2 two-storey administration building and a 8 000 m2 car park. The contract covers also preparation of the ground for the construction, i.e. partial replacement and reinforcement of the ground as well as rearranging of electric installation on the plot. The value of the investment amounts to approx. 22 M PLN.
SKALSKI Sp. z o.o. builds for Summit Packaging
In June SKALSKI Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract for constructing the first Polish factory of an American company - Summit Packaging. The completion of the investment, which is worth approx. PLN 10 M, has been planned for the 4th quarter of 2007.
The contract concluded with Summit Packaging involves realisation of the first factory of the American company, which is the world.s main manufacturer of aerosol valves. Within the frameworks of the contract SKALSKI will construct a 2 500 m2 warehouse for industrial and storage application, with the possibility of further expansion up to 6 5000 m2. The warehouse will be constructed in Astron system of constructing steel buildings. As a result of manufacturing profile the construction will require employment of advanced technological solutions, i.e. compressed air system, warmth recovery or cooling system. Apart from the warehouse SKALKI will also build, in traditional technology, 500 m2 single-storey administration building and a 2000 m2 car park.
The investment, which has been started at the beginning of the month, has been located in .Czysta I. Industrial Park, which is a part of Tarnow sub-zone of Krakow Special Economic Zone. The park includes warehouses of worldwide known companies, for example Becker.
25 years of the SKALSKI Company
SKALSKI Sp. z o.o. is a company continuing the tradition of the SKALSKI Building and Trade Company established as a Building Materials Manufacturer and Building Services Corporation seated in the Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca commune, in 1982. Over the course of time the company was transformed into a builder.s company, providing building services.
The company specialises in providing building services for industrial, residential and public buildings, acting in the capacity of a general contractor at the sites indicated by the Investor. The General Contractorship includes the preparation of the design and carrying on works on the object - in all areas of the trade - to the agreed stage. The coordination of works provided by SKALSKI is of a continuous character, what means, that all participants of the manufacturing process participate in those stages of the building works, during which their presence is required.
SKALSKI began the cooperation with ASTRON Buildings S.A., seated in Luxembourg, and presently being a part of the Swedish LINDAB Group, in 1996. The cooperation with Astron allows the Company to offer the most up to date technical solutions of the highest world.s standards. Each of the objects is designed individually, what in connection with the modular technology, allows to create buildings of practically unlimited floor space and allows the freedom of expression and architectural form. Since the beginning of the cooperation, the Company completed manufacturing halls with the total area of over 500 000 m2.
SKALSKI also acts as a developer, completing various objects using the company's own assets. The largest development completed by us as a developer so far is the "TC Dębica" Logistic Centre in Tarnów, with the area of 46 000 m2, and with the capability of further expansion.

SKALSKI Company plans to move to a new office building in 2007.

10 years of partnership with ASTRON
SKALSKI began the cooperation with ASTRON Buildings S.A., seated in Luxembourg, and presently being a part of the Swedish LINDAB Group, in 1996. We celebrated the 10-th anniversary of the partnership agreement in December 2006.
The cooperation with Astron allows SKALSKI to offer the most up to date technical solutions of the highest world's standards. Each of the objects is designed individually, what in connection with the modular technology, allows to create buildings of practically unlimited floor space and allows the freedom of expression and architectural form.
Working in partnership with Astron, we completed over 120 halls, and we are one of the most valued Astron partners in Europe.
S-Logistic Park
The S-logistic Park corporation is a joint-venture of Polish companies Skalski Sp. z o.o., seated in Kraków and RE Investment Sp. z o.o. seated in Wrocław.
Skalski Sp. z o.o. has provided building services, mainly for industrial and public buildings since 1982.
RE Investment Sp. z o.o. offers services related to the management of the investment projects beginning from the analysis of the location, through rising funds commercialisation and the sale of the object.
The site covers 49 ha, designated for a logistic centre (with possible use of a segment for retail and office purposes).
Perfect location just 8 km away from the southern border of Wroclaw, in the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway and an exit to the 395 national road.
Five buildings are planned with the usable area of about 146,000 m2 and a car par with about 700 parking spaces for passenger cars and 240 spaces for lorries.
