At the beginning of May, Skalski signed a contract with Gór-Stal  sp. z o.o. for the construction of a production and storage hall together with internal installations and external infrastructure. The investor is a Polish manufacturer of sandwich panels.

Description of the project:
The subject of the planned investment involves the construction of a production and storage hall with staff and administrative facilities,
– production and storage hall with an area of – 9,500 m²
– 3-level staff and administrative building with an area of – 900 m²
– internal installations (electricity, sanitary fittings)
– external infrastructure (roads, manoeuvring areas, external networks).

Construction: monolythic foundations, columns – girders steel construction.
